The MISSION of T-HOUSE is to benefit Transgender and gender-questioning residents of Broward County by:

  • Providing quality information regarding HIV testing, HIV/AIDS related services and providers
  • Providing problem-resolution and service-linkage assistance regarding service access
  • Providing important Transgender community information regarding events, activities and news features, and
  • Providing cultural competency training to service providers so they have the tools to address the needs of transgender clients.

The VALUES of T-HOUSE assert that:

  • All Transgender and gender-questioning persons who are eligible for Ryan White funded services should possess quality barrier-free service access, and;
  • All such persons deserve to receive services in a manner that both respectfully acknowledges and accommodates their self-expressed gender identity.
