 The Ryan White CARE system exists to assist low-income residents of Florida who are HIV positive or diagnosed with AIDS and have no access to health care and other supportive services. If you fit the Ryan White eligibility criteria, you may possess the option of accessing available services. And, if eligible, you deserve to receive services in a manner that acknowledges and respects your expressed gender identity. That is the bottom line!
